Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns & exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn and with all tags intact.
  • Please email us at support@dezziodesigns.com for submitting a return or exchange request. It can take up to 2 business days to receive a response.
  • Please allow our Returns Center 14 business days from the time we receive the beach bag(s) to process the return/exchange and issue a refund.

EXCHANGES/REFUNDS:

  • We do not have free returns and exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the beach bag back at your own expense.
  • We will process an exchange at no cost to you if a defective bag is received.
  • The returns will be accepted only if the product is unused, unworn and with all tags intact. This will be verified at our warehouse after we receive the bag.
  • If the bag was purchased by a third-party retailer, please direct your exchange inquiry to them. The retailer will have your financial/transaction information.
  • If you are requesting a change in style, we will refund the difference or will accept payment through PayPal for the price adjustment.

To process an Exchange or Return:

  • Submit a request on support@dezziodesigns.com from the email address you had placed the order.
  • Please provide the following information:
    1. Order number.
    2. Complete shipping address if different than what is on your order.
    3. Contact number if different than what is on your order.
  • Our support team will respond back with instructions on how and where to ship your return to. If the return is not received within 30 days, the return/exchange will not be honored.
  • In case you are reporting a defective item, please attach photographs of the defects in the product for early action on your request.
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to complete an exchange/return.

IMPORTANT-For International Customers ONLY:

DEZZIO LLC will not be liable for any customs charges.

If you refuse to take delivery of the Product(s), as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, DEZZIO reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the Product(s). This amount will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.
