The 'Stock Up' web event for Zenless Zone Zero was a limited-time HoYoverse promotion that invited Proxies to flip cards, collect rewards, and enter a prize draw. It originally ran in 2024, and by 2026 it has concluded. Even so, its reward structure remains instructive for players evaluating similar web events, especially because it offered a rare mix of A-Rank W-Engine, Boopon, Drive Discs, and physical merchandise. The event combined daily login tasks, a 3x3 card-flip board, a Connect Challenge, and a friend-support draw system. Its headline rewards included the A-Rank W-Engine Slice of Time, up to three Boopon, A-Rank Drive Discs, and chances at an iPhone 15 Pro 256GB, a PlayStation 5, a Nintendo Switch, and Zenless Zone Zero merchandise.
Event Schedule and Participation
| Phase | Window (UTC+8) |
|---|---|
| Event Participation | 2024/05/28 12:00:00 – 2024/07/18 23:59:59 |
| Inventory Exchange | 2024/07/04 10:00:00 – 2024/07/18 23:59:59 |
During the event, Proxies could log in daily or complete daily missions to earn card-flip chances. Completing the Connect Challenge yielded in-game items. The separation between participation and exchange periods meant players had time to earn board rewards before redeeming selected inventory.
Card-Flip Board Mechanics
One card-flip chance revealed a 3x3 grid, equal to nine tiles. Proxies flipped cards one by one. When a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line of identical rewards formed, that reward was obtained. This made the board a mix of luck and planning, because each flip could complete multiple lines. The board featured several reward tiers with different rates.
| Tier | Rate | Reward |
|---|---|---|
| A-Rank | 3% | A-Rank W-Engine: Slice of Time |
| B-Rank | 15% | Boopon (max. 3) |
| C-Rank | 6% | A-Rank Drive Disc: Woodpecker Electro [2], Shockstar Disco [2], Hormone Punk [2] |
| D-Rank | 8% | B-Rank Drive Disc: Woodpecker Electro [2], Shockstar Disco [2], Hormone Punk [2], Soul Rock [2], Swing Jazz [2]; Official Investigator Log; W-Engine Power Supply; Denny ×3,000 |
Best Reward Priorities
Once all items were collected, the recommended claim setup focused on lasting account value:
-
🎧 Slice of Time: A-Rank W-Engine useful for Support characters. A strong pick for account utility.
-
🤖 Boopon: Bangboo banner currency. Hard to come by. A must-pick.
-
💿 Drive Discs: Any are fine, but Hormone Punk is a good general set, especially for its 2-piece bonus.
Lucky Prize Draw and Friend Support
The Lucky Prize portion awarded draw chances for completing event tasks. Proxies could use those chances to enter draws for:
-
iPhone 15 Pro 256GB ×3
-
PlayStation 5 ×10
-
Nintendo Switch ×20
-
Zenless Zone Zero Phone Stand (Bangboo) ×120
-
Zenless Zone Zero Rug (Bangboo) ×120
-
Zenless Zone Zero Finger Skateboard Charm ×120
-
Zenless Zone Zero Character Stand (Random) ×120
Invitations and support worked as follows:
-
After logging in with a HoYoverse Account on the event page, a Proxy could generate an exclusive invitation link. Each friend who supported through that link granted 2 prize draw opportunities. A first-time daily friend support also granted 1 extra card-flip chance.
-
Proxies could support friends as well, with up to 5 support opportunities during the event. Each support action granted 2 prize draw attempts.
-
Each Proxy could obtain up to 30 prize draw attempts.
2026 Status and Practical Notes
As of 2026, the Stock Up web event is not active; its original window ended on 2024/07/18 (UTC+8). Players looking for similar opportunities should watch official Zenless Zone Zero announcements, in-game mail, and HoYoverse web event portals for reruns or successor campaigns. The event's design remains a useful benchmark: daily engagement, a card-flip board, exchangeable rewards, and a friend-support draw system. For collectors, Slice of Time and Boopon remain the most valuable in-game picks, while Hormone Punk is a practical Drive Disc choice for general builds. Physical prize tiers, including the iPhone 15 Pro, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch, made the Lucky Prize draw especially attractive during the original run. In 2026, the main takeaway is to prioritize limited currency and A-Rank equipment when similar web events return, because those rewards have lasting account value.
