WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?

We now offer worldwide pre-order on Indiegogo as a way to reserve a bag in advance of our upcoming product delivery, with the understanding that it will ship at a later date than when you purchase. Payment is due at the time of purchase, and you will receive a shipping notification once the order is on its way to you.

WHAT’S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you will have the ability to track your package on the corresponding shipping carrier's website.

THE BAG OF MY DREAMS IS SOLD OUT. WHAT DO I DO?

Remain calm. Join the waitlist for that item and we'll notify you when it becomes available again.

WHAT DO I DO IF I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER BUT WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE ORDER?

Once the order is shipped, the domestic orders take maximum 5-6 business days for delivery and International orders can take up to 21 business days for delivery. We will notify you with the tracking details once the product is shipped. In case you do not receive your order within the advised delivery frame period we would request you to get back to us in one week for a refund. We will not be able to process any refunds beyond one week.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We process and complete orders as quickly as possible. If you have any modification requests or need to cancel, please contact us at support@dezziodesigns.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.

WHEN WILL YOU START SELLING ON YOUR WEBSITE?

We plan to start selling through our website in the beginning of January 2018. In case you are interested in making a purchase before that, please click the pre-order button and it will direct you to Indiegogo. Kindly, follow the instructions for payment on Indiegogo and place an order. Feel free to reach out to us at support@dezziodesigns.com in case of any issues.
